We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Personal / Company Driver

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

• We are looking for a reliable, professional, and safety-conscious Driver to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing safe and timely transportation, maintaining the vehicle, and representing the organization/family with courtesy and discretion at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive safely and responsibly, obeying all traffic laws and regulations
• Ensure the vehicle is clean, fueled, and well-maintained at all times
• Perform routine vehicle checks and report any mechanical issues promptly
• Plan efficient routes, factoring in traffic conditions
• Maintain a log of trips, mileage, and fuel usage
• Handle errands and pick-ups/drop-offs as instructed
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
• Ensure valid vehicle documents (insurance, road worthiness, etc.) are up to date.

Requirements

• OND (Ordinary National Diploma) or equivalent qualification
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Minimum of 3 years of professional driving experience
• Good knowledge of Lagos roads and routes, especially the Island
• Must reside on the Island (Lagos); No Accomodation provided.
• Neat, polite, and well-mannered
• Good communication skills
• Honest, punctual, and dependable.

Work Schedule:

• 5 working days per week
• Includes 2 Saturdays and 2 Sundays worked per month
• 2 Saturdays and 2 Sundays off per month.

Compensation

• Salary: N250,000 per month (non-negotiable)
• Bonus: Paid during festive/holiday periods.
