Job Summary

• We are seeking exceptional First Class graduates to join our Business Champion Programme.
• This role is designed to develop future business and operations leaders by exposing them to manufacturing operations, process improvement, data analytics, and business transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing and operations teams to improve processes and business performance.
• Analyse operational data and prepare reports to support decision-making.
• Participate in continuous improvement and digital transformation projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement business solutions.
• Demonstrate leadership, initiative, and ownership of assigned projects.

Requirements

• First Class Bachelor's Degree (mandatory) in Engineering, Science, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Completed NYSC with 0–3 years of work experience (Outstanding fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Leadership potential with a willingness to learn and thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, SQL, Power BI, Python, or Data Analytics is an added advantage.

Salary
N300,000 – N700,000 monthly (Based on skills, experience, and potential).
