Job Description

• We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and results-driven Social Media & Digital Marketing Officer to run our social media, shoot and edit photo/video content, cover events, and support digital marketing across our group of businesses withinthe online space.
• We want someone creative, organised, and comfortable handling the camera, create appealing content and lead different marketing campaign online targeting corporate clients, social guest and travelers looking for a safe, luxurious and relaxing environment for staycation.

Responsibilities

• We are looking for a full-time Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialistto take ownership of our content and online presence. You will work closely with management.
• Plan, shoot, and edit photo and video content for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
• Create fun, engaging content featuring our staff, facilities, food, pool, and events.
• Be present to cover guest events, parties, and hotel activities as they happen.
• Manage our social media pages, schedule posts, and respond to comments and direct messages.
• Design simple flyers and promotional materials.
• Support marketing and brand strategy discussions with the management team.
• Occasionally, support media work for our affiliated businesses in retail, fashion, and equipment.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 2-4 years experience.
• Strong skills in photography and videography, including shooting on a phone or camera.
• Confident video editing for social media. A good eye for content that stands out, not just standard hotel photos.
• Very conversant with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and current content trends.
• Organised, reliable, and able to manage several tasks at once.
• Comfortable working flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends when events run.
• Good communication skills and a friendly, professional manner with guests and partners.
• Experience in hospitality or a similar fast-paced environment is an advantage.
• Knowledge ofSEO processess will be an added advantage
• Website management skills are also an advantage.
