Job Title: E-Commerce Manager

Location: Abuja (FCT) 
Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

• We are looking for a hands-on E-commerce Manager to build and lead our online business from the ground up.
• This person will own the entire e-commerce ecosystem from launching the site to driving sales, content, and team growth. If you thrive in a startup environment, love numbers, and know how to turn clicks into revenue, we want you.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and manage the e-commerce website end-to-end: product upload, pricing, categories, and site optimization
• Oversee daily sales operations, order fulfillment, and customer experience
• Monitor performance metrics and ensure the numbers add up
• Build the e-commerce team from scratch and set clear KPIs
• Lead and collaborate with the Content & Social Media Department
• Ensure consistent posting of high-quality images, product descriptions, and campaigns
• Manage social media strategy to drive traffic and conversions
• Work within approved budgets to run ads, promotions, and platform campaigns
• Identify opportunities across major selling platforms and marketplaces
• Plan, track, and optimize budget for ads, tools, and operations
• Prepare regular reports on sales, traffic, and ROI

Requirements

• Proven experience managing an e-commerce store or online brand from scratch
• Deep understanding of selling platforms, site builders, and marketplace tools
• Strong eye for content: you know what makes the best product images and posts convert
• Analytical mindset. Numbers must make sense to you
• Experience managing budgets and a team
• Self-starter who can work independently and hit targets
• Based in Abuja.

Salary
N350,000 - N400,000 per month.
