We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Procurement Officer

Location: Lagos Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilties

• Source and evaluate suppliers based on quality, price, reliability, and delivery performance.
• Obtain quotations, negotiate prices, terms, and contracts with vendors.
• Prepare and process purchase orders and ensure timely procurement of goods and services.
• Maintain relationships with existing suppliers and identify new vendors when necessary.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments to prevent stock shortages or overstocking.
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
• Verify that purchased items meet the required specifications and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier databases, and purchasing reports.
• Resolve supplier-related issues, including delays, damaged goods, or pricing discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and applicable regulations.
• Work closely with the finance, warehouse, and operations teams to support business needs.
• Monitor market trends and recommend cost-saving opportunities.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree with 0 -  1year experience.
