Job Title: Electrical Engineer

Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Engineer to join our growing team.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, installation, testing, maintenance, and supervision of electrical systems, with a strong focus on solar energy solutions, power generation, electrical wiring, and power distribution projects.
• The ideal candidate should be passionate about delivering reliable, efficient, and safe electrical solutions while ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, install, and commission solar photovoltaic (PV) systems.
• Plan, supervise, and maintain power generation systems.
• Carry out electrical wiring for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot power distribution systems.
• Conduct site surveys, electrical load assessments, and feasibility studies.
• Prepare electrical drawings, technical reports, and project documentation.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical faults efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety regulations and standards.
• Supervise technicians, contractors, and project teams.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical equipment.
• Liaise with clients and provide technical support throughout project execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• 3 - 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Sound knowledge of solar energy systems, power generation, wiring, and power distribution.
• Proficiency in electrical design software such as AutoCAD or similar applications.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Membership or registration with relevant engineering professional bodies is an added advantage.
