Job Title: Business Development Officer

Location: Ikorodu, Lagos

Description

  • We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven, and strategic Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth, expand our client base, and build strong partnerships across the healthcare sector.
  • The successful candidate will identify new business opportunities, strengthen relationships with corporate organizations, HMOs, hospitals, clinics, physicians, and other healthcare stakeholders while increasing the utilization of our diagnostic services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business development strategies to increase revenue and market share.
  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities with corporate organizations, HMOs, hospitals, clinics, NGOs, and government agencies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with referring physicians, healthcare providers, and strategic partners.
  • Promote the full range of diagnostic services offered by Paz Diagnostics to prospective clients.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals, presentations, and service agreements.
  • Negotiate contracts and partnership agreements to achieve business objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns that drive patient acquisition and brand awareness.
  • Monitor sales performance, business development activities, and partnership outcomes through regular reporting.
  • Represent Paz Diagnostics at networking events, conferences, exhibitions, and healthcare forums.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and business growth targets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Public Health, or a related field.
  • 3 - 5 years experience in business development, healthcare marketing, sales, or corporate relationship management.
  • Experience working in a diagnostic centre, hospital, HMO, pharmaceutical company, or healthcare organization is highly desirable.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales and business growth targets.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent communication, networking, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software is an added advantage.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
