Job Title: Head Monitoring & Evaluation

Location: Abuja (FCT)

Job Summary

• The Head of Monitoring & Evaluation will establish and manage organizational monitoring, evaluation, and performance management systems to ensure effective implementation of projects, programs, and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Monitoring & Evaluation frameworks.
• Design performance measurement systems and KPIs.
• Monitor project implementation and organizational performance.
• Conduct impact assessments and performance evaluations.
• Analyze data and prepare strategic reports.
• Identify implementation gaps and recommend improvements.
• Ensure quality assurance of project outcomes.
• Coordinate periodic performance reviews.
• Support strategic planning through performance insights.
• Provide management with evidence-based recommendations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Economics, Project Management, Social Sciences, or related discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years' relevant Monitoring & Evaluation experience.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and data management skills.
• Oil & Gas sector experience is an added advantage.

Salary
N1,500,000 - N3,000,000 / month.
