Description

• We are seeking a creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media Manager to build and manage our digital presence.
• The ideal candidate will create engaging content, grow our online community, and develop campaigns that educate the public on eye and oral health while promoting our services and enhancing the clinic's brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the clinic's marketing and business objectives.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant digital platforms.
• Produce educational content on eye care, dental health, preventive care, and overall wellness.
• Capture and edit high-quality photos and videos of the clinic, services, patient education sessions, and events (while adhering to patient privacy and consent policies).
• Design engaging graphics, reels, carousels, and promotional materials using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar tools.
• Manage online communities by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Plan and execute paid social media campaigns to increase patient bookings, promote services, and improve brand awareness.
• Monitor social media trends and implement innovative content ideas to boost engagement and audience growth.
• Collaborate with optometrists, dentists, and other healthcare professionals to create accurate, informative, and engaging healthcare content.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and provide monthly reports with recommendations for improvement.
• Maintain and protect the clinic's online reputation by responding to reviews and addressing customer feedback professionally.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, Public Relations, or a related field.
•  2–4 years experience managing social media for a healthcare organization, corporate brand, or digital marketing agency.
• Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and content creation skills.
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or other content creation tools.
• Experience with Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, TikTok, Google Analytics, and social media management platforms.
• Photography and videography skills are an added advantage.
• Strong communication, creativity, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
