Job Summary 

• We are looking for a friendly, reliable Waiter / Waitress to join our team and provide excellent service to our guests. In this role, you will greet customers, take food and drink orders, serve meals, and help create a welcoming dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and make them feel welcome.
• Take accurate food and drink orders.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
• Answer menu questions and make recommendations when needed.
• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction.
• Clear tables, reset dining areas, and maintain cleanliness.
• Process payments accurately.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and restaurant procedures.

Requirements

• Previous restaurant or customer service experience is preferred.
• Friendly, professional, and positive attitude.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Must be dependable and able to stand for long periods.
