Job Title: General Manager, Administration and Implementation

Location: Abuja (FCT) 
Employment Type: Full-time

Reports to: Managing Director/CEO

Role Purpose

•  An experienced administrative leader is required to oversee the organization's general administration function while driving the implementation of key organizational initiatives, policies, and projects across departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day administrative operations, ensuring efficient and effective running of the organization
• Drive the implementation of Board and Management decisions, policies, and strategic initiatives across departments
• Manage office administration, facilities, fleet, and general services
• Coordinate cross-functional implementation of organizational projects, tracking progress against milestones
• Develop and enforce administrative policies and procedures
• Manage vendor and service provider relationships
• Support Management with logistics, coordination, and follow-through on strategic action points
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory administrative requirements

Qualifications and Experience

• B.Sc/HND in Business Administration, Management, or related field; postgraduate qualification is an advantage
• Minimum of 12 years' experience in administration/operations management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership capacity
• Strong track record of driving cross-functional implementation of organizational initiatives
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Experience within the oil and gas or a similarly structured industry is preferred.

Salary
N3,000,000 - N5,000,000 / month (negotiable).
