Job Summary

• Are you passionate about visual storytelling and creating high-quality video content? We are looking for a creative and skilled Videographer to join our team and bring ideas to life through compelling video production.
• The Videographer will be responsible for planning, shooting, and editing high-quality video content for digital marketing campaigns, social media, corporate communications, events, and promotional materials.
• The ideal candidate is creative, technically proficient, and capable of managing the entire video production process from concept to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and edit engaging video content for social media, websites, advertisements, and marketing campaigns.
• Operate professional video cameras, lighting, audio, and other production equipment.
• Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to develop video concepts, storyboards, and production plans.
• Capture high-quality footage for corporate events, interviews, product launches, and promotional activities.
• Edit raw footage into polished videos using industry-standard editing software.
• Add motion graphics, transitions, sound effects, music, and subtitles where necessary.
• Ensure all video content aligns with the company's brand identity and quality standards.
• Organize, manage, and archive video files and production assets.
• Stay updated on industry trends, filming techniques, and emerging video technologies.
• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification in Film Production, Mass Communication, Media Studies, Multimedia, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of professional experience as a Videographer or Video Content Creator.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools.
• Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects or motion graphics software is an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of camera operation, lighting techniques, composition, and audio recording.
• Experience operating DSLR, mirrorless, or cinema cameras and related production equipment.
• Excellent storytelling, creative thinking, and visual composition skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• A portfolio showcasing previous videography and editing projects is required.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience producing content for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook).
• Knowledge of color grading, sound design, and motion graphics.
• Experience with drone videography is an added advantage.
