• Creative Home is looking for an exceptional Talent Growth & Development Lead to shape the future of our people through strategic learning, leadership development, and talent management initiatives.

What You'll Do

• Design and execute the organization's learning and development strategy.
• Lead talent review, succession planning, and career development initiatives.
• Drive leadership development and coaching programs.
• Identify capability gaps and implement impactful learning solutions.
• Partner with business leaders to build a high-performance culture.
• Measure learning effectiveness and continuously improve development programs.

Requirements

• Strictly 5–6 years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management, or Organizational Development.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience designing and implementing learning frameworks, competency models, career development, succession planning, and performance improvement initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of talent development strategies, employee engagement, and capability building.
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Experience within a creative, media, advertising, experiential, marketing communications, or fast-paced organization is highly desirable.
• Professional HR certifications (CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, ATD, etc.) will be an added advantage.
