Job Description

• We are recruiting on behalf of our client who owns a restaurant seeking a dedicated Restaurant Manager.
• The successful candidate will oversee daily operations, ensuring exceptional service and a positive dining experience for all guests.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and staff management.
• Ensure high-quality food and service standards are maintained.
• Manage budgets and financial aspects of the restaurant.
• Train, motivate, and evaluate staff performance.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.

Requirements

• Proven experience in restaurant management.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 / month.
