Resurgir Consulting is a growing Abuja-based consultancy firm that provides professional property advisory, property marketing, cleaning services, and fumigation solutions to individuals, businesses, and institutions. The company is focused on delivering reliable services while expanding its client base and market presence.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Awoyaya, Lagos
Work mode: Onsite
Working Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm

Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive with excellent persuasion and follow-up skills.
• The ideal candidate is energetic, confident, and passionate about sales, with the ability to convert qualified leads into loyal customers and consistently achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up on leads generated through the company's marketing campaigns.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Present and promote the company's products and services effectively.
• Negotiate and close sales opportunities.
• Achieve a minimum monthly sales target of ₦10 million.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to management.

Requirements

• B.Sc. or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years' proven experience in a similar sales role.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Excellent follow-up and relationship management abilities.
• A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Positive attitude, high energy, and a passion for achieving results.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications is an added advantage.

Remuneration
Salary: N150,000 per month + 2% commission on additional sales.
