Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced IT Account Manager to build and manage client relationships, drive business growth, and deliver exceptional customer experiences across our cybersecurity and IT consulting services.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of enterprise IT solutions, consultative sales, and account management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell cybersecurity and IT solutions.
• Understand client business needs and recommend appropriate technology solutions.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and manage account renewals.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Monitor client satisfaction and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular sales and account reports
• Stay informed on cybersecurity trends and emerging technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management, business development, or enterprise sales within an IT, cybersecurity, or technology consulting environment.
• Experience managing corporate or enterprise client accounts.
• Good understanding of cybersecurity solutions and IT infrastructure.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to achieve sales and account growth targets.
