Job Title: Chief Financial Officer

Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the organization's financial strategy, planning, and operations while driving sustainable growth, profitability, and long-term value creation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of the organization's financial strategy and business plans.
• Provide strategic leadership on investment, financing, treasury, and wealth maximization decisions.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, IFRS standards, and corporate governance practices.
• Drive financial controls, risk management, and continuous process improvement.
• Partner with executive leadership and the board to support business growth and strategic initiatives.
• Lead and develop a high-performing finance team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline.
• Professional qualifications such as ICAN, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent.
• 10–12 years' experience in senior finance leadership roles, preferably within a commercial, logistics, supply chain, or related industry.
• Strong experience in financial planning, treasury management, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Demonstrated ability to drive strategic financial initiatives and business performance.

Reporting Line:
