Job Title: Sales Representative

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • The Sales Representative / Marketer is responsible for generating leads, promoting the company'sproducts and services, and converting prospects into clients.
  • The role involves building and maintaining strong client relationships, conducting property presentations and inspections, negotiating sales, and achieving assigned sales targets while representing the company's brand with professionalism and integrity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new sales leads through prospecting, referrals, networking, and marketing activities.
  • Promote and market the company's real estate properties to prospective clients.
  • Conduct property inspections and presentations for interested buyers and investors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Follow up on inquiries and nurture leads through the sales pipeline.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports, client feedback, and market intelligence to management.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Requirements

  • Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Estate Management, or a related field.
  • 1 – 2 years' experience in sales, marketing, or real estate (real estate experience is an added advantage).
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer relationship management skills.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM tools is an added advantage.
  • Strong networking and prospecting abilities.
  • Professional appearance and presentation skills.

Renumerations

  • Salary plus commissions on every sale.
  • Performance based bonuses and incentives.
