Job Title: Executive Assistant

Location: Suncity / Apo Mechanic Estate, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• Our service company is seeking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide direct administrative and operational support to the CEO.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Follow up on tasks, deadlines, and deliverables on behalf of the CEO.
• Support daily operationsas assigned by the CEO.
• Discharge any other responsibilities as assigned by the CEO.

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of discretion, professionalism, and reliability.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work with minimal supervision.
• Driving Skills is an added advantage.
• Must be based in Abuja and able to resume immediately.

Salary and Benefits

• N80,000 - N100,000 / month.
• Transport Stipend.
