We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Station Supervisor

Location: Port Harcourt / Woji, Rivers
Proposed Station Location: Nepal Energies retail station (Woji)
Employment Type: Full-time
Gender Preference: Male

Key Responsibilities
Operational Support:

• Assist the Station Manager in the daily management of station operations.
• Ensure smooth station operations and adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Supervise station opening and closing activities.
• Monitor the cleanliness, appearance, and functionality of the station.

Staff Supervision:

• Supervise Customer Service Attendants (CSAs), Cleaners, and other station personnel.
• Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, and performance.
• Allocate daily tasks and ensure staff complies with operational standards.
• Report disciplinary issues and performance concerns to the Station Manager.

Inventory Management:

• Monitor fuel and lubricant stock levels.
• Conduct daily tank dips and stock reconciliations.
• Assist in receiving fuel deliveries and verifying product quantities.
• Report stock variances, shortages, and losses promptly.

Customer Service:

• Ensure prompt and courteous service to customers.
• Resolve customer complaints and escalate unresolved issues to the Station Manager.
• Promote a clean, safe, and customer-friendly environment.

Health, Safety & Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with HSE policies and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct routine safety checks.
• Ensure fire safety equipment is serviceable and accessible.
• Report accidents, incidents, and unsafe conditions immediately.

Reporting:

• Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
• Maintain accurate operational and inventory records.
• Escalate operational challenges to the Station Manager.

Qualification

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 1-3 years of experience.
• Candidate must live close to the stated location.

Salary
N180,000 / Month.
