Job Title: HR Officer

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos 
Employment Type: Contract

Job Summary

• The ideal candidate will drive recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and HR operations while fostering a positive workplace culture that supports business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.
• Support the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Coordinate performance management, employee engagement, and learning & development initiatives.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Handle employee relations matters and support conflict resolution processes.
• Ensure compliance with Nigerian labour laws and company policies.
• Assist with payroll, benefits administration, and statutory HR processes.
• Prepare HR reports, workforce analytics, and other HR-related documentation.
• Partner with department heads to support workforce planning and talent development.
• Promote a positive, collaborative, and high-performance work environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related discipline.
• Professional certification such as CIPM, SHRM, or HRCI is an added advantage.
• 3–5 years' experience in Human Resources, with hands-on exposure to recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations.
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices.
• Experience using HRIS and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and technology-driven environment.

Salary
N250,000 - N300,000 Monthly.
