Job Summary

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly analytical Accountant to oversee the reconciliation and documentation of all funds collected by our deposit mobilizers.
• The ideal candidate will ensure that all retrieved funds are accurately confirmed, properly documented, and seamlessly updated in our financial systems to maintain absolute financial integrity.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Fund Reconciliation: Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliation of all funds collected by deposit mobilizers against field reports and system logs.
• Retrieval Confirmation: Verify and confirm the exact amount of cash/digital funds retrieved from deposit mobilizers before vaulting or banking.
• Financial Documentation: Ensure meticulous updating and proper documentation of all collected monies, keeping ledger accounts precise and audit-ready.
• Discrepancy Resolution: Promptly investigate, flag, and resolve any variances between mobilizer collections, field reports, and physical cash or bank deposits.
• Reporting: Prepare regular reports on collection trends, mobilizer performance, and reconciliation statuses for management review.

Salary
N100,000 - N120,000 per month.
