About The Role

• They are seeking experienced and results-oriented Sales Coordinators (Zonal) to oversee operations, drive business growth, and lead field teams within Ikeja and Ojo, Lagos.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting, managing, and motivating field sales and operations teams, ensuring service excellence, resolving operational challenges, and driving customer acquisition and territory performance.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales, operations, logistics, or field team management.
• Proven experience leading and supervising field sales agents or distributed teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to drive performance, meet targets, and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Good knowledge of the assigned location (Ikeja or Ojo) and a strong local network are advantages.
• Must be digitally savvy and comfortable using mobile applications and reporting tools.
