Job Title: Human Resource Officer

Location: Abuja

About the Role

• Support the delivery of HR services at the facility across recruitment, records and employee administration.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment activities: advertising roles, scheduling interviews, coordinating assessments and reference checks.
• Coordinate onboarding and induction for new joiners.
• Maintain and update employee records and the HR information system.
• Process leave, attendance and documentation requests.
• Support payroll preparation by collating relevant inputs.
• Assist with employee relations, welfare and engagement activities.
• Help administer the performance appraisal process.
• Prepare routine HR correspondence (offer letters, confirmations, references).
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and statutory documentation.
• Respond to employee queries on HR matters.

Requirements
Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Human Resource Management, Administration, Social Sciences or a related field, plus completion of NYSC or a valid exemption where applicable.

Experience:

• 2 - 4 years’ experience in an HR or administrative role.
