Zamfara State Government through the Zamfara State Ministry of Education, has approved the recruitment of 3,050 Basic School Teachers to address critical staffing gaps in underserved and rural schools across Zamfara State and is recruiting to fill the position below:

Eligibility
Applicants must meet all of the following basic requirements to proceed to the CBT stage:

• Zamfara State indigene
• Age 18-35 (Must be within prescribed age bracket)
• Valid ID NIN / Voter's Card / National ID
• Medically Fit (Subject to verification later)

Academic & Professional Qualifications

• NCE (minimum)
  B.Ed / B.Sc Ed/ B.A Ed 
• B.Sc / B.A with PGDE
• NCE combinations and specialised qualifications as listed in the official checklist are also accepted.

Additional Requirements:

• NYSC discharge/exemption (where applicable)
• TRCN Certificate or evidence of registration

State Indigenization & Local Govt:

• Local Government of Origin
• Ward/District of origin
• Preference for posting in LGA of origin
• Willingness to accept rural posting
• Female applicants: spouse's work/residence info
