We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Driver

Location: Irepotuntun, Bonke Area - Oyo

Job Description

• The Driver iwill beresponsible for the safe, timely, and efficient transportation of staff, goods, equipment, and company materials.
• The role includes maintaining assigned vehicles in good working condition, complying with all traffic regulations and providing reliable transportation services that support the organization's daily operations.

Key Responsibilities
Transportation:

• Safely transport staff, visitors, goods, and company materials to designated locations.
• Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off in accordance with assigned schedules.
• Plan efficient travel routes to minimize delays and fuel consumption.
• Assist with loading and unloading items when necessary.

Vehicle Maintenance:

• Conduct daily inspections of the assigned vehicle before and after use.
• Ensure the vehicle is clean, presentable, and roadworthy at all times.
• Monitor fuel, engine oil, brake fluid, tyre pressure, battery condition, and other essential vehicle components.
• Report mechanical faults, accidents, or maintenance requirements promptly.

Operational Support:

• Support administrative and logistics activities when required.
• Deliver and collect official supplies.
• Perform other transport-related duties assigned by management.

Requirements
Education:

• Minimum of OND or equivalent qualification.

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years' proven driving experience.
• Experience driving both manual and automatic vehicles is an advantage.

Qualifications:

• Valid Nigerian Driver's Licence.
• Clean driving record with no history of serious traffic offences.
• Good knowledge of road safety regulations and vehicle maintenance.
• Familiarity with routes within the area of operation.

Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent driving skills and defensive driving practices.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision.
• Basic vehicle troubleshooting knowledge.
• Good record-keeping and documentation skills.
• Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure.

Salary
N50,000 - N80,000 / month.
