Transsion Holdings, the company formerly known as TECNO TELECOM LIMITED, established in July 2006, is a high-tech company specializing in the R&D, production, sale and service of mobile communication products. After years of development, Transsion has become an important part of the mobile phone industry and one of the major mobile phone manufacturers in the world. Currently, it has full ownership of three famous mobile phone brands TECNO, itel and Infinix, and an after-sales service brand Carlcare.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Development Executive (BD)

Location: Kaduna
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • The Business Development Executive is responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, expanding the company's retail presence, and driving sales growth for itel electronic products.
  • The role requires a results-oriented individual with strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills who can effectively convince customers, distributors, and business partners to invest in itel's range of electronic products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase market penetration and sales of itel electronic products.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, dealers, and key business partners.
  • Promote and sell itel electronic products while effectively communicating their value proposition to prospective customers.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential business locations, new customers, and emerging market trends.
  • Evaluate and recommend suitable retail sites or sales outlets to support business expansion.
  • Negotiate commercial terms with partners and ensure successful onboarding of new business accounts.
  • Prepare business proposals, reports, sales forecasts, and market analysis to support decision-making.
  • Monitor competitor activities and recommend strategies to improve market share.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns and product launches.
  • Achieve assigned sales, business development, and expansion targets while ensuring excellent customer service.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management.
  • Experience in the mobile phone or consumer electronics industry is highly preferred.
  • Candidates with experience as a Sales Representative within the electronics or mobile phone industry will have an added advantage.
  • Experience in property acquisition, retail expansion, or site selection is an added advantage.

Salary
N100,000 / month.
