Job Title: Female Sales Representative

Location: Kubwa, Mararaba, Nyaya, Zone 5 - Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description / Responsibilities

• Engaging Prospects: Proactively reaching out to individuals and businesses to present deposit and loan products tailored to their needs.
• Customer Relationship Management: Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients to increase business share.
• Due Diligence: Conducting thorough evaluations of potential customers before onboarding and at scheduled intervals to ensure compliance and risk mitigation.
• Collaborative Service Delivery: Working closely with colleagues across departments to provide seamless, high-quality service to customers.
• Marketing Activities: Contributing to daily marketing activities and advertising the bank’s products.
• Loan Portfolio Monitoring: Proper follow-up on existing customers and daily monitoring of the loan portfolio.
• Documentation Review: Reviewing client documentation to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Sales Targets: Ensuring assigned sales targets and budgets are met and participating in sales performance review meetings.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 3 - 4 years work experience.
