Description

• We are seeking an experienced Learning & Development Consultant to join a dynamic consulting team focused on helping organizations improve performance, leadership effectiveness.
• This role is ideal for a commercially minded professional who can diagnose organizational challenges, design impactful learning and development solutions, engage senior stakeholders, and drive business growth through consultative client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct client needs assessments and organizational diagnosis
• Design tailored learning, leadership, and Business development solutions 
• Develop proposals, presentations, and client engagement strategies
• Drive business development and manage a portfolio of client opportunities
• Build and grow lasting client relationships
• Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure successful implementation and measurable impact.

Qualification & Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline
• 7 - 10 years of experience in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, HR Advisory, Management Consulting, or a related field
• Proven experience in client-facing consulting, solution design, and stakeholder engagement
• Strong proposal writing, presentation, and business development skills
• Excellent communication, analytical, and relationship management abilities
• Willingness to travel as required.
