Job Title: General Manager, Growth & Acquisition 

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Responsibilities

• Lead customer acquisition and retention strategies.
• Drive revenue growth and commercial performance.
• Develop strategic partnerships and affiliate channels).
• Analyze player behavior, market trends, and growth metrics.
• Oversee operational processes that support business scaling.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to execute growth initiatives.

Key Requirements

• A graduate in Marketing, Business Development, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years' experience in Growth, Acquisition, Business Development, or Operations).
• Proven hands-on experience in the sports betting or gaming industry (mandatory).
• Strong commercial, analytical, and leadership skills.
• Data-driven decision-maker with a track record of delivering growth.
• Experience managing teams and achieving ambitious business targets.
