We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Head Master / Head Mistress

Location: No. 2, Mayowa Okunola, Egbeda, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the setup and full operational launch of a new institution under the SignTech Education initiative.
• Recruit, train, and manage academic and non-academic staff.
• Develop and implement academic programs aligned with national educational standards.
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and excellence-driven school culture.
• Ensure compliance with educational regulatory bodies.
• Serve as liaison between the school, parents, the public, and government agencies.
• Drive the use of digital platforms across academic and administrative operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 4years of school leadership experience.
• Applicants should be able to commute easily to Egbeda.
• Experience in school setup, curriculum development, and administration.
• Knowledge of Nigerian education regulations and compliance frameworks.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with digital tools and education management platforms.
