Job Title: Open Market Sales Representative (OMSR)

Location: Ikorodu, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• A leading player in Nigeria's FMCG sector is recruiting an Open Market Sales Representative to drive sales and distribution within the Ikorodu open market axis.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales and product distribution across open market outlets in Ikorodu and environs
• Achieve set sales volume and revenue targets
• Build and sustain strong relationships with market traders, wholesalers, and retailers
• Identify and onboard new customers to expand market share
• Ensure adequate product availability and visibility across market stalls
• Collect payments and reconcile daily sales with cash/stock records
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends, reporting insights to the Sales Supervisor
• Provide daily/weekly sales reports

Requirements

• Prior experience in FMCG open market sales is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of the Ikorodu open market terrain
• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and target-driven.

Salary
N400,000 monthly (Total Package) with HMO, Pension and Group Life Insurance.
