PurpleCore Consulting - Our client, a real estate firm, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Associate

Location: Lagos (Hybrid)

Job description

  • We are recruiting Sales Associate who will be responsible for generating qualified leads, engaging prospective clients, presenting the company's real estate offerings, conducting follow-ups, closing sales, and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • The role also involves attending inspections, networking events, and supporting the achievement of the company's revenue targets.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
  • 1-3 years of proven sales experience preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Lead generation and prospecting abilities.
  • Ability to use Al tools to improve productivity, research prospects, and generate leads.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Strong presentation and relationship management skills.
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management.

  • Real estate; Financial services;
  • Banking, insurance, investment, or other customer-facing sales industries.

  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of our client products d evelopment's and sales process.

Additional information:

  • Candidates must possess excellent integrity and professionalism
  • Previous real estate sales experience is an advantage;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are nonnegotiable
  • Candidates should be willing to work towards ambitious sales targets.

Benefits

  • Full-time; Subject to a probation period before confirmation.
  • Salary: 100,000 monthly, 15% commission on successful sales
  • Hybrid mode of work.
