We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Content Creator / Strategist

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-Time / Hybrid role (Remote work & in-person during campaign shoots) 

Job Summary

• We’re looking for a Content Creator / Strategist & Graphic Designer to produce high-quality, engaging content that reflects a creative brand.
• This role combines filming, editing, graphics, and creative ideation, content curation and ensuring content is both visually appealing and strategically aligned with the brand’s personality and audience.
• You’ll support team to plan, execute, and deliver content across social media platforms while maintaining brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities

• Film and edit content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms.
• Create graphics, motion design, and visual elements that align with the brand.
• Generate creative content ideas tailored to the brand’s personality and audience.
• Plan content, schedules and organize content efficiently for release.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure all content aligns with brand voice and aesthetic.
• Adapt quickly to feedback while maintaining creative standards.
• Track performance and suggest improvements based on engagement data.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in content creation, including filming, editing, and graphics design.
• Strong knowledge of content ideation and storytelling for social media.
• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut).
• Proficiency in graphics and motion design tools (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Canva).
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and engagement strategies
• Highly organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent creative judgment and attention to detail.

Nice to Have:

• Experience working with talent, influencers, or creative brands.
• Familiarity with content scheduling and project management tools (Notion, Asana, Trello, etc.)
• Experience creating viral or high-engagement content.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative in creative projects.

Work Structure:

• Full-Time: Monday–Friday, 10:00am–6:00pm
• Hybrid Mode (Remote work but occasionally required in-person for shoot or campaigns).
• Availability in Lagos (required).
