They are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Client Success & Sales Executive

Location: Adekunle Banjo Street, Magodo Phase 2, Lagos
Start Date: Immediate
Preferred Gender: Any

Job Summary

  • The Client Success & Sales Executive will manage the complete customer journey from initial enquiry through enrolment and ongoing relationship management.
  • The successful candidate will nurture leads, close sales, deliver exceptional customer service, maintain CRM records, and build long-term client relationships while achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Management & Sales:

  • Respond promptly to enquiries received via phone, email, WhatsApp, social media, website forms, and other communication channels.
  • Qualify leads and identify client training needs.
  • Recommend suitable training programmes.
  • Follow up consistently until enrolment.
  • Convert qualified leads into paying clients.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, invoices, and enrolment documentation.
  • Maintain an active sales pipeline.

Client Success & Relationship Management:

  • Serve as the primary contact for prospective and existing clients.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding for learners.
  • Provide updates on training schedules, examinations, and certifications.
  • Resolve customer enquiries and escalate complex issues where necessary.
  • Generate repeat business, referrals, renewals, and upsell opportunities.

CRM Management:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records.
  • Track customer interactions and follow-up activities.
  • Manage automated workflows.
  • Generate sales and activity reports.
  • Ensure CRM data accuracy and compliance.

Customer Communication:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
  • Respond promptly to emails, WhatsApp messages, live chats, and social media enquiries.
  • Deliver excellent customer service across all communication channels.

Administrative Duties:

  • Coordinate learner registrations and enrolment.
  • Maintain client documentation.
  • Assist with scheduling training sessions.
  • Liaise with instructors, operations, and management.
  • Perform other duties assigned by management.

Meetings & Business Representation:

  • Attend physical or virtual client meetings.
  • Represent Makintouch Consulting professionally.
  • Conduct client consultations and presentations.
  • Support management during corporate partnership engagements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Customer Relations, or a related discipline.
  • 2–4 years' experience in Sales, Client Success, Customer Service, Admissions, or Account Management.
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, GoHighLevel, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar.
  • Experience within EdTech, consulting, professional training, or technology services is an added advantage.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
  • Proven customer relationship management skills.
  • Hands-on CRM experience.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to manage communications across email, phone, WhatsApp, and social media.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • High level of professionalism and integrity.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and results-focused.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Working Days & Hours:

  • Monday – Friday
  • 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
  • Applicants should reside close to Magodo Phase 2 or within a reasonable commuting distance.
