Job Title: House Help / Caregiver for Elderly Person

Location: Ibadan, Bodija - Oyo
Employment Type: Full-Time (Non-Residential)
Working Days: Monday – Saturday

Job Summary

• We are seeking a responsible, trustworthy, and compassionate House Help to provide household support and basic assistance to an elderly couple. The successful candidate will maintain a clean, organized, and comfortable home environment while assisting with daily living activities where required.
• This is a non-residential role. The successful candidate will resume at the residence each morning and close at the end of the workday.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain all areas of the home to a high standard.
• Wash, iron, and properly organize clothing and household items.
• Assist the elderly resident with basic daily activities where necessary.
• Ensure the home environment remains safe, neat, and comfortable.
• Run occasional household errands when required.
• Monitor household supplies and notify the employer when replenishment is needed.
• Handle household property with care and maintain confidentiality.
• Perform other reasonable household duties as assigned.

Candidate Requirements

• Female candidate aged between 30 and 40 years.
• Minimum of a basic education (Primary School Leaving Certificate, Junior Secondary School Certificate, Senior Secondary School Certificate, or equivalent).
• Previous experience as a house help, caregiver, or domestic assistant will be an added advantage.
• Honest, patient, respectful, and dependable.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must possess a caring attitude and be comfortable working with an elderly person.
• Must be able to provide at least one verifiable guarantor and satisfactory references.
• Must have a valid means of identification.
• Applicants must reside in Bodija, Ibadan, or within close proximity to Bodija to ensure punctuality and reliable attendance.

Salary
N150,000 per month.
