We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Content Strategist

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-Time - Hybrid role / Remote with required in-person availability

Role Overview

• We’re looking for a full-time Content Strategist to create and curate high-quality & engaging content, to drive engagement and growth, and build brand presence across multiple platforms.
• You’ll supervise content creation, editing & strategy, community interaction, and paid campaigns - insights and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the overall content strategy aligned with brand goals.
• Translate brand identity into clear, consistent content direction (visual + written).
• Plan and oversee content calendars across platforms.
• Lead creative direction for campaigns, launches, and ongoing content.
• Collaborate with designers, creators, and other team members to ensure execution quality.
• Ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and brand storytelling
• Analyze content performance and optimize strategy based on insights
• Drive audience growth, engagement, and brand positioning.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong understanding of content strategy, especially for fashion/lifestyle brands
• Ability to think both creatively and strategically.
• Clear sense of visual taste and brand aesthetics.
• Experience leading content direction and managing creatives or teams.
• Strong storytelling and communication skills
• Data awareness—ability to interpret performance metrics and refine strategy.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects.
• Self-driven and able to work independently.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in lifestyle/fashion brands.
• Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Notion, Airtable).
• Experience curating viral or high-engagement content.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Experience creating campaigns that drive measurable growth and engagement.

Work Structure:

• Full-Time: Monday - Friday (10:00 am - 6:00 PM).
• Hybrid mode (Remote work with required in-person availability in Lagos).

Salary Range
N200,000 - N250,000 monthly.
