Job Title: Storekeeper

Summary

• Crescent Rice Mill is seeking a highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Store Keeper to oversee inventory operations and ensure efficient management of materials and stock.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and finished products.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock registers.
• Issue materials to authorized personnel while ensuring proper documentation.
• Conduct periodic stock counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
• Monitor stock levels and notify management when replenishment is required.
• Ensure the store is clean, secure, and well-organized.
• Safeguard company assets by enforcing proper storekeeping procedures.
• Prepare inventory reports as required by management.

Requirements

• Minimum of an OND, NCE, or equivalent (Higher qualifications are an added advantage).
• Proven experience as a Store Keeper, Warehouse Officer, or in a similar role.
• Good knowledge of inventory management practices.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel or inventory software.
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
• High level of integrity, accountability, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
