Job Purpose
- The Revenue Growth Strategist is responsible for developing, implementing, and continuously improving strategies that will increase the Company's revenue, profitability, market share, customer lifetime value, and commercial efficiency.
- The role focuses on identifying new revenue opportunities, optimizing existing revenue streams, improving commercial performance, analysing customer behaviour, recommending pricing strategies, strengthening sales and marketing alignment, and ensuring the Company achieves sustainable business growth.
- The Revenue Growth Strategist serves as the Company's commercial intelligence and growth advisor, translating business data into actionable strategies that improve financial performance and long-term competitiveness.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Growth Strategy:
- Develop and implement annual and quarterly revenue growth strategies across land sales, housing projects, mortgages, partnerships, and value-added services that align with the Company's business objectives.
- Recommend innovative commercial initiatives to increase profitability.
- Conduct feasibility studies for new products, services, and business models.
- Develop expansion strategies for new markets and customer segments.
Commercial Performance Analysis:
- Analyse sales performance across all estates and business units.
- Monitor revenue Global Real Estate trends and identify growth opportunities within the Real Estate sector.
- Evaluate product performance and customer buying behaviour and make recommendations to the Commercial Performance team.
- Prepare commercial insights and recommendations for Management.
- Identify factors affecting revenue growth and recommend corrective actions.
Pricing & Profitability Strategy:
- Review pricing structures for our products and services.
- Conduct competitor pricing analysis.
- Recommend pricing adjustments to improve market competitiveness and profitability.
- Analyse discounts, promotions, and incentive structures to ensure positive returns.
- Monitor gross profit margins across all product lines.
Customer & Market Intelligence:
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
- Analyse customer demographics, purchasing patterns, and investment behaviour.
- Identify emerging market trends and customer needs.
- Recommend new products and services based on market demand.
- Develop customer segmentation strategies.
Sales & Marketing Alignment:
- Work closely with the Senior Brand & Marketing Lead to ensure marketing campaigns generate high-quality leads.
- Partner with the Sales Performance & Operations Manager to improve conversion rates.
- Recommend strategies to reduce lead conversion leakage.
- Improve customer acquisition efficiency.
- Evaluate campaign effectiveness from a revenue perspective.
CRM & Customer Journey Optimization:
- Analyse customer journeys from enquiry to post-sale.
- Identify conversion bottlenecks.
- Recommend CRM automation improvements.
- Improve customer retention strategies.
- Make strategies that will increase customer lifetime value (CLV).
- Develop referral and repeat purchase programmes.
Business Intelligence & Reporting:
Prepare detailed weekly and Executive monthly reports on:

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Finance, Statistics, or a related discipline.
- A Master's Degree (MBA, MSc, or equivalent) - preferred
- Professional certifications in Strategy, Business Analysis, Data Analytics, or Commercial Management are desirable.
Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in revenue management, commercial strategy, business development, strategic planning, sales operations, or management consulting.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing revenue growth strategies.
- Experience working with CRM platforms, business intelligence tools, and commercial dashboards.
- Strong understanding of real estate, financial modelling, customer analytics, and market research is an advantage.
