Sales Force Consulting - Our client is a major iron-rod, steel dealership company with factory headquarter locatedin Iyana Ipaja Lagos State but with major dealers and outlets in key cities of Nigeria.

They are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Female Operations Manger

Locations: Factories in Iyana-Ipaja Lagos and Anambra
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• Due to the expansion of their operations, they urgently require the services of highly motivated, passionate and experienced Female Operations Managers for their departments covering Inventory department, Sales Department, Internal Audit, Human Resource Management and Accounts.
• The Operations Managers are responsible for the administrative aspects of the business operations ensuring efficiency utilizing effective management of workforce and materials to achieve set organizational goals focusing on Inventory department, Sales Department, Internal Audit, Human Resource Management and Accounts.
• Candidate must possess basic experience in either of Inventory department, Sales Department, Internal Audit, Human Resource Management and Accounts.
• Supervise the entire workflow of the company ensuring they meet their deliverables.
• Set up operating and quality standards and ensure implementation.
• Supervise and evaluate performance of all personnel, identify training needs and execute them.
• Determine necessary resources (workforce, raw materials etc.) required
• Ensure comprehensive and transparent inventory management procedures
• Effective management of the company’s customers ensuring quality service delivery, aggressive business development and reactivation of dormant relationships
• Ensure all financial reports are rendered in due time.

Requirements

• B.Sc Degree / HND in Business Administration, Accounting, Business Management or any business related course.
• Minimum of 15 years work experience.
• Must not be less than 45 years of age
• Candidate must be a female
• Candidate to apply for the position they are competent in, in either of Inventory department, Sales Department, Internal Audit, Human Resource Management and Accounts.

Other Conditions:

• Ideal candidate should presently reside in either of Iyana-Ipaja, Ikeja or Alimosho LGA Anambra State, Abuja or PH.
• They should be ready to be interviewed bother Virtual / Physical
• They must be very hardworking, target oriented, with high level of integrity
• They must preferably have worked or is currently working in a key manufacturing company with organized systems and procedures.
