We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Development & Ticket Sales Representative

Location: Abuja / Lagos (Remote)
Employment Type: Part-time (Contract)

Job Summary

  • We are looking for a proactive and results-driven individual to support ticket sales and corporate outreach for The Big Birthday (TBB) and TGIF in a Box (TIAB).

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective attendees and corporate leads.
  • Follow up on warm leads provided by the company.
  • Promote TBB and TIAB offerings and convert enquiries into ticket sales or bookings.
  • Maintain accurate records of all calls, follow-ups, and outcomes.
  • Submit a daily activity and sales report.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
  • Confident speaking on the phone.
  • Sales or customer service experience is an advantage.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven.
  • Access to a smartphone and reliable internet connection.

Compensation

  • Base Pay: N50,000 per month
  • Performance Commission: Earn commission on every verified ticket sale and confirmed corporate booking generated through your assigned leads (commission structure to be discussed during engagement).
  • This role is ideal for someone who enjoys sales, relationship building, and earning based on performance.
