Job Title: Senior Maintenance Lead

Location: Lagos

Role Summary

• We are seeking an accomplished Senior Maintenance Lead to oversee maintenance operations on a long-term integrated maintenance contract supporting an FPSO, associated wellhead platforms, and onshore facilities.
• As the second-in-command on the contract, you will lead a multidisciplinary maintenance organization of approximately 70 personnel while deputising for the Project Manager and ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient asset performance.

Key Responsibilities
You will own:

• The maintenance programme across all assets — preventive, corrective, condition-based and shutdown.
• The CMMS. MAXIMO is the system of record — work order quality, backlog, criticality, spares and equipment history.
• Planning and scheduling, including the annual shutdown and the planned maintenance hours budget.
• Safety critical element assurance and maintenance performance reporting.
• The technical interface with the client, a national oil company.
• The offshore maintenance superintendent and the onshore technical support team.

Requirements
Essential:

• Fifteen years in oil and gas maintenance, of which five running a maintenance organisation - not project or commissioning work.
• FPSO or floating production experience. As well as mooring, hull, marine systems, offloading. Not negotiable.
• Genuine CMMS ownership. MAXIMO preferred, SAP, AMOS PM acceptable.
• Engineering degree, chartered or equivalent registration advantageous.
• Valid BOSIET and offshore medical.
• West Africa regional experience.
• Rotating equipment and gas compression depth; DNV class experience; brownfield life extension; contract mobilisation is an advantage
