What you will do

• Drive growth and performance across our digital marketing channels by executing, optimizing, and improving campaigns, content, and customer journeys.

• You’re not looking for a role where you just post content or run ads and move on.
• You want to understand what works, what doesn’t, and why. You’re interested in how marketing efforts translate into real results (traffic, conversions, and revenue) and you take ownership of improving those outcomes.
• You’re detail-oriented and performance-driven. You notice when campaigns are underperforming, when content isn’t resonating, or when something in the funnel isn’t working; and you take initiative to fix it. You don’t wait for instructions; you test, learn, and iterate.
• You’re comfortable working across different marketing channels ( social media, paid ads, email, and content) and you understand how they connect to drive customer acquisition and retention. You’re also comfortable using tools to track performance, analyze results, and make data-driven decisions.
• If you’ve worked with platforms like Meta Ads, Google Ads, email marketing tools, or analytics dashboards, you already understand the importance of execution and optimization. More importantly, you’re looking for a role where you can take ownership of performance, not just activity.
