Job Description

• We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Manager – Logistics (Raw Materials & Packaging Materials – RMPM) to lead warehouse operations, inventory management, fleet coordination, and logistics activities.
• The ideal candidate will drive operational excellence, ensure efficient material flow, optimize warehouse capacity
• maintain compliance with safety and operational standards within an FMCG manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee warehouse planning, storage optimization, and space utilization for raw materials and packaging materials (RMPM).
• Manage end-to-end warehouse operations to ensure efficient receipt, storage, inventory control, and dispatch of materials.
• Oversee the maintenance and effective utilization of warehouse facilities, equipment, and infrastructure.
• Manage the company's fleet operations to ensure timely and cost-effective movement of materials.
• Drive compliance with warehouse safety policies, operational procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and ensure effective stock control practices.
• Prepare and present warehouse, inventory, and logistics performance reports to management.
• Analyze logistics and warehouse data to identify improvement opportunities and enhance operational efficiency.
• Lead, coach, and develop warehouse and logistics teams to improve productivity and performance.
• Promote employee discipline, accountability, and adherence to company policies.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Production, Supply Chain, and other stakeholders to ensure uninterrupted material availability.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Warehousing, Purchasing & Supply, Supply Chain Management, Economics, Statistics, Business Administration, or a related Social Science discipline.
• Minimum of 7-8 years of experience in warehouse and logistics operations, with at least 5 years in a senior management role within the FMCG manufacturing sector.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management, inventory control, fleet management, and supply chain operations.
• Proficiency in SAP ERP or other ERP systems.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and data presentation skills.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and people management abilities.
• High level of integrity, accountability, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.

Benefits
Salary: N500,000 - N700,000 Per Month.
