Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns that generate high-quality leads, increase brand visibility, and support the Sales Department in achieving its revenue targets.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing, lead generation, social media advertising, content marketing, and performance analytics within the real estate industry.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation:
Generate qualified leads daily through digital marketing campaigns.
Develop and execute lead generation strategies across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
Optimize campaigns to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and cost per lead.
Work closely with the Sales Department to ensure timely follow-up on generated leads.
Maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects to support monthly sales targets.
Digital Marketing:
Plan, execute, and monitor paid advertising campaigns.
Create and manage digital marketing calendars.
Optimize website and landing pages for lead conversion.
Implement SEO and SEM strategies to improve online visibility.
Manage email marketing campaigns and customer nurturing activities.
Social Media Management:
Develop engaging content for all digital platforms.
Manage the company's social media presence.
Increase audience engagement and brand awareness.
Monitor trends and recommend innovative marketing ideas.
Campaign Performance & Analytics:
Track campaign performance using relevant analytics tools.
Prepare weekly and monthly marketing performance reports.
Monitor marketing KPIs including:
Cost Per Lead (CPL)
Lead Conversion Rate
Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
Website Traffic
Click-Through Rate (CTR)
Engagement Rate.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the Media Team to produce marketing creatives.
Collaborate with the Sales Team to understand customer behavior and improve campaign effectiveness.
Support property launches, promotional campaigns, and marketing events.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Generate a minimum of 20–30 qualified leads daily (or as determined by management).
Achieve monthly lead generation targets.
Maintain acceptable Cost Per Lead (CPL).
Improve lead-to-sale conversion rates.
Increase website traffic and landing page conversions.
Grow social media engagement and audience.
Submit weekly and monthly performance reports on time.
Success in This Role
A successful Digital Marketing Executive consistently delivers qualified leads that convert into property sales, improves the company's online visibility, and contributes directly to the achievement of organizational revenue goals through effective digital marketing strategies.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or HND in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
2–3 years' experience in Digital Marketing.
Experience running Meta Ads and Google Ads.
Strong understanding of lead generation funnels.
Experience with CRM systems is an advantage.
Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
Strong copywriting and communication skills.
Experience in the real estate industry is an added advantage.
