About the Role

• We are offering an exciting opportunity as a Security Administration Manager.
• In this role, you will provide strategic leadership across the administrative, financial, governance, and workforce management functions of Corporate Security.
• You will drive operational excellence through effective security governance, resource optimization, vendor and guard force management, compliance oversight, and intelligence reporting.
• Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, you will play a critical role in strengthening risk management, enhancing security operations, and safeguarding the company’s people, assets, operations, and reputation.

• Strengthen security governance through effective policies, controls, and process improvements.
• Drive budget efficiency, cost optimization, and financial compliance across security operations.
• Enhance security service delivery through effective vendor and guard force management.
• Provide actionable intelligence and risk insights to support informed business decisions.
• Ensure audit readiness and compliance while proactively mitigating operational and security risks.
• Build strong stakeholder partnerships and deliver meaningful reporting that drives continuous improvement.

What You Bring

• Minimum of five (5) O ’Level credits including Mathematics, English and 3 other relevant subjects.
• A minimum of a Second Class Upper (2:1) Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, Criminology, Social Sciences, Computer Science, or a related discipline is required with a mandatory professional security certification (CPP, PSP, PCI, or CSMP). A Master's degree is an added advantage.
• A minimum of 10 years’ relevant post-qualification experience, preferably within the FMCG industry.
• Prior experience in the Military, Police, or Department of State Services (DSS) will be an added advantage.
• NYSC Discharge or Exemption Certificate is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and enterprise resource planning (ERP) system.
