We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Operations Executive

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary:

  • We are seeking an experienced Sales Operations Executive to support sales operations and drive business growth within the food distribution sector.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong experience in sales operations, customer relationship management, reporting, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Experience in the Marine, Frozen Fish, Seafood, FMCG, or Food Distribution industry is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the achievement of monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with wholesale customers and distributors.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely product deliveries.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
  • Ensure prompt resolution of customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Track collections and support credit control activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in any relevant discipline.
  • Minimum of 4 years' experience in Sales Administration, Sales Operations, or a related role.
  • Experience in the Marine, Frozen Fish, Seafood, FMCG, or Food Distribution industry.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook) is mandatory.
  • Experience with ERP or sales management software is an added advantage.
  • Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and reporting skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and work under pressure.

Salary
N250,000 – N350,000 per month.
