Blue Phoenix Deepwater Limited is a 100% Nigerian-owned company with offices in the United Kingdom and Nigeria. The company was established to be an international player with regional strength as a provider of underwater and topside IRM (Inspection, Repair, and Maintenance) of FPSOs, Rigs, SPMs, and offshore and onshore terminals /platforms, primarily in Nigeria.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Storeman

Location: Onshore, Nigeria
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist Supervisor in identifying jobs which may require a Risk Assessment
• Participate along with Supervisor in Risk Assessments
• Distribution of parts upon demand by heads of departments or supervisors
• Convert and transmit requisitions from approved Material Request's by Heads of Departments and Chief Engineer's, according to Stena Drilling Material Control Procedures
• Assist the HLO as directed including the administration duties required by helicopter operations
• Will also assist with baggage as required
• Ensuring the preparation of shipping documents for equipment going ashore; Manifest, Materials Transfer, Repair/Return Orders and "Equipment Data Transfer Sheet"
• Report all non-conformances to the Chief Engineer.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 5 years relevant experience
• Excellent knowledge and experience of Maximo
• IATA Dangerous Goods by Air & Sea.
