Job Title: Driver

Job Summary

• The Driver is responsible for the safe and timely transportation of guests, staff, management, and company materials while ensuring the assigned vehicle is properly maintained and operated in compliance with company policies and traffic regulations.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Safely transport guests, staff, and management to designated locations.
• Pick up and deliver documents, parcels, supplies, and other company materials as required.
• Ensure punctuality and adherence to scheduled assignments.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report any faults or maintenance needs.
• Keep assigned vehicles clean, fueled, and in good working condition.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle mileage, fuel consumption, and trips.
• Ensure all vehicle documents, licenses, and insurance are valid and up to date.
• Comply with all traffic laws, road safety regulations, and company policies.
• Assist guests with luggage and provide courteous service when required.
• Report accidents, incidents, traffic violations, or vehicle damage immediately.
• Monitor vehicle servicing schedules and coordinate maintenance activities.
• Ensure the security and proper handling of company property during transportation.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Secondary School Certificate (SSCE) or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of driving experience (preferably in the hospitality industry).
• Good knowledge of local roads and traffic regulations.
