Job Title: Knapsack Sprayer Marketer (Field Sales)

​About the Role

• ​We are seeking energetic, self-motivated, and target-driven Knapsack Sprayer Marketers to join our sales team in Shagamu.
• You will be responsible for promoting, demonstrating, and selling high-quality knapsack sprayers to farmers, retailers, and agricultural enthusiasts within Shagamu and surrounding communities.

​Key Responsibilities

• ​Conduct direct field sales and product demonstrations of knapsack sprayers to potential buyers.
• ​Identify and build strong relationships with local farmers, agricultural input dealers, and cooperatives.
• ​Meet and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets.
• ​Provide excellent customer service by explaining product features, usage, and maintenance.
• ​Report sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends to management.

​Requirements & Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess an NCE qualification with 5 - 8 years experience
• ​Location/Proximity: Must reside very close to Shagamu Mechanic Village (Please do not apply if you live far away, as proximity is a strict requirement).
• ​Experience: Prior experience in sales, marketing, or the agricultural sector is an advantage, but passionate beginners ready to learn are welcome.
• ​Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to speak the local language/dialect fluently is highly preferred.
• ​Attributes: High energy, honesty, and a strong drive to succeed in field sales.

Compensation & Benefits

• ​Salary & Incentives (N100,000 - N150,000 monthly): To be discussed during the interview (competitive base salary + attractive sales commissions/incentives).
